Contact Customer Care to confirm the exchange product. Return the old product and pay any additional charges through the delivery person during the exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

A product may be returned if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The expiry date mentioned on the product has passed.
  • The weight is incorrect.
  • There is any defect in the product.
